Most of the workshops are in place, there are just a few loose ends to pull together.
There are two workshop sessions in the morning, one in the afternoon.
There was a discussion about having participants sign up for the workshops they wish to attend when they arrive.
This would alleviate the problem of having too many people in any given room and none in another.
Lunch is being provided by Mandated Cost during this time we will have the President Awards, Lee Lundberg Award and the Section Awards.
We will also recognize retirees at this time.
Friday Conference

Other details -

So far we have 51 people signed up for the conference
We would like to get one more Intercom out before the conference.
Victor has been working on vendors we have 3 confirmed and there are others who are interested.
We found out that we are limited to 5 vendors in the hallway; we will have to explore some other options on where to put the rest.
The board approved to cover the costs for a room for Jessie.
We will be using microphones from the hotel we will try to find our own carts and screens to help keep the cost down.
