Very Brief and Unofficial Minutes of Last Meeting

The minutes were handed out and approved.

The treasurer's report was handed out, Ken gave a brief summary.

Jerry gave a quick update on the conference:

We currently have 87 people registered

One important detail that is still up in the air is the sponsor for lunch ­ Mandated Cost ­ Steve Smith is no longer with the company, so we will have to see if they are still willing to pick up the luncheon costs.

Meeting adjourned to attend the Legal Forum.

Next meeting is April 2nd in San Diego.
