Minutes of Last Meeting ­ Ewing

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Dr. Donna, seconded by Victor

Treasurer's Report ­ Lorge

CASCWA Connection ­Michels

The next issue will be in the summer. We should consider e-mailing the Connection in the future as a money saving plan. Submit any articles you have by June.

Scholarship ­ James

We collected approximately $150 I donations at the Legal Forum last month

Web Page ­ Mangione

State Update ­ Boehler

As discussed in previous meetings, there is still a need for leadership in the Bay Section.

State Conference Update- Boehler

The program is looking solid.
We will need assistance in putting the packets together for the conference, probably on Monday the 26th.
Things waiting to be ordered:
Leis for all attendees
CASCWA keychains, Frank showed us a sample
Badge holders?
Folders for the conference ­ probably three colors: black, white and red
The CD-rom is almost complete.
We also need to prepare evaluation sheets for the conference and each individual session
We have 3 vendors confirmed with deposits
The CASCWA store will be up and running with various items
A message board might be a good idea so the conference attendees can get and receive messages
Do we want to provide a certificate of completion/participation? Probably for the academy.
